Bioshock Tribute

I started this Bioshock fanart back in September 2017 and got interrupted while working on it, I just picked it up and I'm not fully happy with it, I think my vision changed quite a bit since I started working on it and had trouble making up my mind since I originally intended it to feel like a comic... I like how the two bottom splicers came out though.
